Overview

Pride International wants to make it easier for employees to find their next job within the organization for career opportunities and future growth. 

That’s why we created the Offshore Placement Request System (OPRS).  Now our eligible offshore personnel can submit a request for career advancement and/or transfer (relocation).

 

     
   

 

How to apply

 
  1. Read the general criteria and FAQs to make sure you are eligible for consideration of internal movement
  2. Click on the ‘Request a Username and Password’ link to the left
  3. In the body of the email include your legal first [given] name and legal last [sur] name and your complete email address
  4. Your username and password will be created and emailed to you within 2-4 business days
  5. Once received; log in with the provided username and password and change the password to your personal password
  6. Complete the form as instructed.
 

To submit your name for career advancement and/or transfer (relocation) within the company, please make note of the following requirements:

  • 18 months of service in a position and/or location
  • Satisfactory job performance in current assignment
  • Employee is in good standing with respect to company policies and procedures
  • Approval given from the appropriate management team before completion of a move
  • All eligible employees are encouraged to apply

Other factors to consider are: travel documents (ability to obtain passports, visas, etc.), language aptitude, rig/equipment familiarity, certifications, hitch and pay schedules, willingness to work in various environments / conditions, etc.

 

Contract Employees
Any contractors interested in becoming a direct employee with Pride should seek assistance from their local HR Representative(s).

Note:  If you are a Pride Employee with less than 18 months in your position and feel you have a legitimate reason to be considered for transfer, please contact your local HR Representative.
